Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original state.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
